Gin with a Twist

Many of us enjoy a G & T whilst relaxing after a hard day’s work or on social occasions. It is a very traditional British drink and is known world wide. The Lady Jay’s brand takes that tradition a little further. “Lime & Gin marmalade” is a home made product that is exotic and a mouth watering adventure for which you do not have to travel long distances to enjoy. 

 

Hand picked limes, cooked gently with sugar and pectin and enhanced with a premium gin to create a superior marmalade with a sublime and distinctive flavour. 

 

Following on from its success Lady Jay’s brand now includes a scrumptious array of marmalades, Lime and Gin (Chunky) and Orange and Whisky, Orange and Champagne as well as a variety of preserves, Strawberry and Champagne, Raspberry and Vodka and Apricot and Brandy, Strawberry and Sparkling wine and Piña Colada.

 

New, tantalising flavours will be added in the summer.  Watch this space.

Won a 2011 gold star from the Guild of Fine foods for my Apricot and Brandy Preserve

Did a charity event for Macmillan Cancer Support, at the Mermaid Inn, Hedenham which raised a total £502.

3rd and 4th of September:
Lauching new flavours ...Citrus Delight; Raspberry and Gin Preserve, Blackberry and Fruit Brandy Preserve and Summer Berries and English Sparkling Wine Preserve at the North Norfolk 2011 Food and Drink Festival in the historic Coutryard of Holkham Hall, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk NR23 1AB.

The next event will be at Norwich Castle on the 10th of September.
