Gin with a Twist

Many of us enjoy a G & T whilst relaxing after a hard day’s work or on social occasions. It is a very traditional British drink and is known world wide. The Lady Jay’s brand takes that tradition a little further. “Lime & Gin marmalade” is a home made product that is exotic and a mouth watering adventure for which you do not have to travel long distances to enjoy. 

 

Hand picked limes, cooked gently with sugar and pectin and enhanced with a premium gin to create a superior marmalade with a sublime and distinctive flavour. 

 

Following on from its success Lady Jay’s brand now includes a scrumptious array of marmalades, Lime and Gin (Chunky) and Orange and Whisky as well as a variety of preserves, Strawberry and Champagne, Raspberry and Vodka and Apricot and Brandy, Strawberry and Sparkling wine and Piña Colada.
